ENDA Proto-Code of Ethics (FINAL)
We are pleased to inform you that following the October 2009 ENDA Congress held in Helsinki, the attached Proto-Code of Ethics for Nurse Directors was approved for consultation. We would like to invite colleagues and organisations to comment, contribute and disseminate this code prior to finalising it.
We consider your personal expertise and professional network to be of particular relevance in formulating foundations for good nursing leadership and hope you will study the code and let us have your comments.
Nurse Directors often face conflicting loyalties and this code should support decision-making processes and open debates at many levels.
