ENDA Objectives

The objectives of the ENDA are:

• strengthen the health care managers contribution to policy making in the context of health care management in Europe
  
  
• to further the development of the art of science of (nursing) leadership and management in Europe, and
  
  
• to establish formal links between Nurse Directors (health care decision makers) across Europe and in doing that create a communication network of experts
